Head of Growth

Take Cleve from 40,000 users to millions. You'll own growth strategy end-to-end, from acquisition channels and product-led loops to retention and community, working closely with Lizzie, our CMO. How the world discovers Cleve is largely on you.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and experiment across all growth channels: SEO, content, paid, community, partnerships
  • Build and optimise product-led growth loops with the product team
  • Dig into user data to find drop-offs and unlock retention
  • Build and scale referral and word-of-mouth programs
  • Grow our presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other key channels

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally at a B2C or PLG startup
  • Fluency with analytics tools and a habit of running structured experiments
  • A track record of meaningfully moving acquisition or retention metrics

Nice to have

  • Experience with creator-economy or productivity products
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing at scale
  • Experience building community as a growth channel
